Becoming a SAP Business Warehouse Query Expert (2017)

Become a BW Query Expert by taking part in the “SAP Business Warehouse Plan and Actual Comparison of Book Sales” project. This course will help you build flexible optimized queries and integrate your results with Excel.

Conditional formatting is an important concept for driving the focus of the reader and for ranking the information. Our queries function well, but they are still inflexible. The variables make our queries flexible. In this course, Becoming a SAP Business Warehouse Query Expert, you’ll learn how to develop a complex, but flexible sales tactical analysis in Excel with Query Designer and with Bex Analyzer. First, you’ll explore conditional formatting with exceptions and creating top lists with conditions in the Query Designer. Next, you’ll learn how to create a flexible query with variables. Then, you’ll discover how to model and develop an interactive Excel based analysis with design items in Bex Analyzer. Finally, you’ll learn how to design the workbook with Bex Styles. By the end of this course, you’ll know the important reporting tools of SAP Business Warehouse in all necessary details and be ready to develop nice and flexible Excel based analytical applications that your users will love.
