PRINCE2® – Introducing the Value and Fundamentals

This course is an introduction to the 2017 version of the PRINCE2® project management method and will teach you the added value of PRINCE2® while also giving you an overview of the core PRINCE2® elements.

This course is the first course in the PRINCE2® learning path. In this course, PRINCE2® – Introducing the Value and Fundamentals, you will explore the foundation principles of the 2017 version of PRINCE2®. First, you will learn why PRINCE2® is the most commonly used project management method today. Next, you will be introduced to the core PRINCE2® elements.
