In this course, you will learn the actions, responsibilities, artifacts, and triggers for each of the PRINCE2® processes.

Processes are an important part of the PRINCE2® project management method, as they point out the responsibilities and actions that need to be taken to create an adequate control structure for your project. In this course, PRINCE2® – Project Processes, you will learn foundational knowledge of each of the seven PRINCE2® processes. First, you will learn the rationale behind each process. Next, you will discover what project management challenges are countered using each of the PRINCE2® processes. Finally, you will explore how the project processes interact with the other steps in the Prince2® processes. When you’re finished with this course, you will have the skills and knowledge of the PRINCE2® processes at the practitioner level, and you will be able implement the PRINCE2® processes in your own projects.
