Chess 2：The Sequel 《象棋2：竞技场》是一款来自 Ludeme Games 的国际象棋对决游戏。

游戏设计者 Sirlin 表示《象棋2：竞技场》将会减少游戏中对棋路的暗记、标准化开局以及落子等内容的重视程度，让玩家将游戏重心投入到象棋对决的策略中去。游戏中的象棋棋子会随着玩家选择的阵容不同而有所改变，但这并不稀奇，真正诡异的是游戏中还有一个由虚拟小说 Nikopol Trilogy 《尼可波勒三部曲》中改编出来的“象棋拳击”，听起来都觉得诡异啊。

不仅如此，游戏还添加了全新的玩法，除了有普通模式能照常规将对方的国王“将军”之外，还有全新的“中线竞赛”，敌我双方谁先让自己的国王走过中间线就算获胜，玩法是史无前例的创新。另外游戏还新增一个“对决”玩法，敌我双方靠压石头来选择进攻防守，压完之后揭晓结果，数量多的一方获胜，这种有点类似赌博的玩法可能非常适合有侥幸心理的玩家呢。游戏即将上线，具体时间尚未公布，任玩堂将继续关注更多相关消息，有兴趣的玩家敬请留意。
