《生化奇兵3：无限》“海葬”DLC的故事发生在1958年的新年前夜，在这一夜一场革命发生在水下城。

“海葬”新剧情资料片将包含两个章节，玩家将扮演另一个平行世界的Booker与这个时代的伊丽莎白舞进行冒险，舞台为还未陨落的销魂城。

“海葬”设定在Frank Fontaine叛乱发生后不久，眼神好的玩家会在报纸头条上看到Fontaine已经死于枪击，他的资产归于莱恩工业保管。Fontaine的叛乱军队 被关在他的百货公司中，但不久后，该地区整块下沉，变成了一个充满疯狂杀人犯的海下监狱。
