在不久的黑暗将来，一个神秘瘟疫再次将全人类变成了僵尸。本作的主角是一个在“一夜过度放纵”后在墨西哥酒吧里醒来的人，名字叫做K，醒来后却发现酒吧就剩下他自己一个人。他头脑恍惚，分不清方向，此时他感觉到宿醉同以前很不一样了。事实上他已经被其中的一个怪物咬了，体内的病毒一直在不断的发展。
