The workouts will be accompanied by music to keep you energized and motivated throughout the session.Whether you are a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, Coach Sebastian will guide you through the workouts and provide modifications and progressions to ensure that you are working at an appropriate level for your fitness level.The program is structured to last for 14 days, during which you will engage in daily workouts that last for a set period of time.
