SEVENPAR是一款计算Helmert变换的工具软体。 Helmert变换是计算不同系统之间的坐标变换，SEVENPAR可以精确计算出Helmert变换参数。计算出的参数可以直接输入到合适的变换软体中，如TRANSDAT坐标变换软体，或者GPS接收机的计算软体。 Helmert的七个参数是按照三个常用的标准计算的，三个标准是Coordinate Frame Rotation、
Position Vector Transformation和European Standard ISO 19111。
SEVENPAR is a tool for the calculation of highly exact transformation parameters for the Spatial Helmert and Molodensky Transformation, which make possible precise coordinate transformations from one reference system into another. The determined transformation parameters can be entered directly into suitable transformation software, e.g. TRANSDAT Coordinate Transformations, or into the calculation software of GPS receivers to do exact coordinate transformations.
