2:15 pm – Getting Technical (ISO/Shutter/Aperture)
3:00 pm – More Technical (Q&A, Depth of Field, Group Shots)
4:30 pm – Gear, Money, and Building your Studio

Session 2

10:30 am – Review of Yesterday, Setting up White Seamless!
12:00 pm – First Shooting Session on White Seamless
1:00 pm – Finding Exposure for White Seamless, Second Model.
2:00 pm – Head Shots w/ Beauty Dish
3:00 pm – Hot Shoe Flash, Umbrellas, Hard Light, Octabank
5:30 pm – Shoot: Head Like A Kite band Members
6:30 pm – Shoot: Head Like A Kite Group Shot

Session 3

10:00 am – Modifiers: Octabank, Softbox, Strip Bank, Umbrella
11:00 am – Modifiers: Reflector, Grids, White Beauty Dish, Etc.
1:00 pm – Multiple Shoots Happening at Once.
2:00 pm – Multiple Shoots Continuing
3:45 pm – Shoot: White Trash Ballerina
5:45 pm – Shoot: Girl in the Fishtank
6:15 pm – Thanks & Goodbye!

Zack Arias

My name, if it isn’t obvious already, is Zack Arias and I am an editorial music photographer based in Atlanta, GA. While I’ve been working in the music industry for the past seven years I’m now branching into more editorial work and advertising. You can boil it down to, “I photograph people in studio and on location.” My style and approach is simple, straightforward, bold, classic, true, and straight from camera. My greatest talents are the ability to mix with any class of people and to get nervous subjects to relax in front of my camera. I can handle any technical difficulty you can throw at me. I once heard that a photographer’s job description is “problem solver”. I would have to agree with that.
