诺斯马克:群狼时刻是一款回合制卡牌RPG游戏，玩家将会扮演一名在大陆上冒险的骑士，探索大陆、在各个城市领取和完成任务、购买新的卡牌。游戏的战斗采用的是回合制卡牌类型，根据你设定的卡牌类型，你将拥有七张随机的卡牌，有装备类如增加攻击的剑和增加防御的盾，有道具类如增加生命值的药物或者是增加状态的药剂，有攻击性的卡牌如刀、斧、拳头、木棍能够让你对敌人进行一次攻击，还有能够使用魔法的魔法卡牌。每回合中你只能使用一张卡牌，你需要通过这些卡牌保全自己，战胜对手。游戏中一共有180张不同的卡牌，通过不同卡牌的组合你将能够有很多种战术。
