完全版包含《侠盗猎车4》游戏本体以及《侠盗猎车4：自由城之章》资料片。《侠盗猎车4：自由城之章》在原版《侠盗猎车4》上增加了两个新增游戏内容：《迷失和诅咒》、《风流托尼之歌》。
