Part 1Follow my Read Music for Guitar – Beginners class and you’ll be able to read guitar sheet music and play the notes on guitar. This easy string-by-string method focuses on 2 or 3 notes at a time on each string. Master one string, then move on to the next. With a little regular practice, you’ll find yourself unconsciously knowing what to play when you see the notes. This is a proven method developed while teaching guitar for (can you believe it?) over 20 years! Media content included with the course is taken from my 3-book series Guitar in Real Time. With a little routine practice, you’ll experience the satisfaction of reading and playing music on guitar.What Exactly do you Learn?You learn the notes in what is called “1st position” on each string. That is the position where the 1st finger (index) of your fretting hand stays next to the nut.
