Phlats is an icon pack/launcher theme to replace the stock icons on your Android device. You must have a 3rd party Home Replacement Launcher app such as the ones listed below to use this theme.
This is not a stand alone app. It will not open from the app drawer. You must apply the theme through your launcher settings by following the instructions below.
Go Launcher users: Icon masking isn’t supported by Go, so unthemed icons have a circle covering them. You can easily fix this by going into Preferences > Visual settings > under Icons, uncheck ’Show icon base’.

** TO APPLY THE THEME **
– Apex Launcher: Go to Apex settings > Theme settings
– Nova Launcher: Go to Nova Settings > Look and feel > Icon Theme
– ADW Launcher: On the home screen, press MENU > More > ADWSettings > Themes Preferences > Select your theme
– Holo Launcher: On the home screen, press MENU > Launcher Settings > Appearance Settings > Icon Pack > Select the Theme
