PCI Geomatics, a world leading developer of remote sensing and photogrammetric software and systems, announces it has released its Geomatica 2013 Service Pack 3 (SP3). This release contains maintenance fixes and includes all updates delivered since Service Pack 2 was released for Geomatica 2013. In addition, Geomatica 2013 SP3 continues its tradition of industry-leading sensor support by including support for Göktürk-2 and the recently launched SkySat-1, as well as improved support for several sensors such as SPOT-6, UAVSAR, Landsat 1-5, RapidEye, and TH-01. The Service Pack also includes additional support for Landsat-8, mainly the ability to apply Atmospheric Correction algorithms to the imagery.
PCI Geomatica gives users the necessary tools to address a wide variety of industry applications including sustainable agriculture, wetlands, carbon management, public security, disaster management and more. No other Geomatics software solution has the built-in capabilities to support an organization’s geospatial data processing needs.
