PathWave Advanced Design System 2022 Update 1.2 Release Notes
ADS 2022 Update 1.2 (minor update release) is a cumulative minor update release installed on ADS 2022 Update 1.0 (base release). You can upgrade your existing ADS installation (ADS 2022 Update 1.0) to ADS 2022 Update 1.2 without uninstalling any previous minor updates (if available any).

ADS 2022 Update 1.2 includes enhancements in Circuit Simulation and HSD.
Circuit Simulation
– Circuit simulation in PathWave Design Cloud, wildcards are supported for user-specified files to upload.

– DDR/Memory
. Addressed the improper termination impedances for the differential TDR.
. Improved the csv output data, that now includes Vcent.
Issues Fixed
ADS 2022 Update 1.2 includes issues related to EM Simulation, HSD, and Verification.

. Addressed the issue of incorrect eye density data when the strobe to clock ratio is not equal to 1.

– Design Rule Checker (DRC)
. Fixed an issue where DRC corner_edges() rule reported an error where begin and end angle are the same.
– Layout Versus Schematic (LVS)
. Fixed an issue where LVS rule file includes dve_import_layer() rule with only layer numbers.
