Smart:Gate是Sonible不断增加的人工智能插件系列中的最新成员，它采用了与传统门处理器完全不同的方法。该公司称其为 “内容感知”，承诺提供可靠的结果，而不完全依赖于源材料的水平。

据说，该插件能够区分混合信号中的不同成分，即使目标信号源的电平不同，甚至当竞争乐器的音量比想要的信号大时，也能保持门控的一致性。用户可以从下拉菜单中选择目标信号源，下拉菜单提供了人声、电吉他、钢琴等多种选择。

当然，还提供了大量的控制功能，可以对结果进行微调。三频抑制网络允许在不同频率范围内对门控进行不同的加权，还可以根据需要增加处理的电平依赖性–Sonible 称这一功能可以方便地改进插件对具有更极端瞬态的音源的响应。除了标准的门控操作外，该插件还提供了躲避模式，该模式仍然受益于同样的目标聚焦操作。如果需要，还可以完全绕过人工智能功能，以与传统门电路相同的方式使用该插件。
