Paradox Interactive 今日宣布《欧陆风云4》DLC“战争艺术（the Art of War）”将于10月30日与玩家见面。这是该游戏的第四个DLC，这个DLC将会带来很多全新的变化，游戏地图都会发生不一样的改变。
“战争艺术”DLC主要故事背景依托的是三十年战争（1618年-1648年），这次战争是由神圣罗马帝国的内战演变而成的全欧洲参与的一次大规模国际战争。将会有一大批新的城市和10多个新的国家加入到游戏中来。
新DLC的项目负责人 Martin Anward 甚至制作了一个全新的日志去介绍新的工具以及新的外交系统。反叛的事件也会变得更加有趣。
