USB Redirector Technician Edition redirects virtually any USB devices from one computer to another. It helps technicians to provide their services to customers: flashing, fixing or configuring USB-attached smartphones, printers, modems, CNC controllers; perform remote vehicle diagnostics and provide other services via remote USB adapter.

The program redirects customer’s USB devices to technician, thus allowing to do any kind of remote service. Redirected device looks like it was plugged directly into technician’s computer.

The included customer-side app (Customer Module) provides a simple intuitive interface and does not require installation. It can be freely distributed to customers, allowing them redirect their USB devices for maintenance.
