《巫妖国度（Lichdom）》是由独立开发组Xaviant制作的第一人称RPG游戏，使用CE3引擎开发，画面精美，很有成为3A大作的潜质。Xaviant在制作这款游戏时就想更注重魔法打造，将《巫妖国度》和其它RPG游戏区分开。制作组管这个特性叫“咒语核心”，魔法的种类很有限，但经过不断的发展，会延展出一些独特的新魔法。

开发组称：“游戏中魔法真的是非常重要，而我们的魔法打造系统会非常深邃，需要玩家不断磨练。游戏最初只会给予玩家几种完全不同的魔法，玩家们通过不断使用练习来增强它的威力，然后再加入一些药剂等物品可以打造一些全新的独特魔法，新的魔法会根据你使用的物品和最新使用魔法的方式来决定。”

Xaviant在随后提到了市面上有三种游戏对他们开发有很深的影响，那就是《无主之地》，《黑暗之魂》和《暗黑破坏神》，每个系列对游戏的不同方面提供了很大的帮助。

他说：“《巫妖国度》受到了三款不同游戏的影响。第一，游戏的玩法很大程度借鉴了《无主之地》。人物的动作，怪物的行为，等级升级，遭遇战等等。第二，我们的boss战借鉴于《黑暗之魂》的，超大体型，超强能力，给予玩家十分丰富的搭配来战斗，不像普通boss战一个套路下来就ok了。最后就是战利品装备是根据《暗黑破坏神》来的，收集不同的稀有物品对游戏的征程有很大帮助。”

Xaviant虽然是个独立开发组，但野心不小，对自己的新作《巫妖国度》也很有自信。通过借鉴三种不同的RPG大作，再加上独特的魔法系统，我相信它会创造出一款独具匠心的RPG游戏。
