终极版游戏除了收录之前Techland开发的《死亡岛》和《死亡岛：激潮》外，还收录了一个全新的16位游戏《死亡岛：原始复仇》。
《死亡岛：终极版》游戏售价40美元。你可以单独购买每个游戏的终极版，售价20美元，不过单独购买不会送16位游戏《死亡岛：原始复仇》。
