FTS has released “Afterfall InSanity Extended Edition” for PC. It also includes 2 DLC’s!
Note: To play the DLC, you can add the parameter -DLC to your desktop shortcut or use the DLC Launcher InSanity-Win32-Shipping-DLC.exe I included with the crack.
