This masterclass is based around in-depth video lessons where Al breaks everything down and talks you through the concepts in each volume and is assisted with helpful playing examples, ensuring that everything is super clear and easy to understand.
Inside the full boxset lessons, Al covers a plethora of concepts such as ‘What ls legato?’, using chromatics, dorian runs, ‘Young’ legato, stretch pentatonics, scaled arpeggios, ‘Satch’ legato, 3-1 legato, tapping arpeggios and much more!
Alongside the video lessons come the exercises. These have been specifically created to help drill the techniques and lay all the fundamentals you need to start building on your legato skills and taking things up quite a few notches!
After the exercises you’ll learn 30 full phrases (10 for each level) all played fast and slow and complete with TAB/notation so you can really dig deep and study the concepts Al lays down in depth. These phrases are longer than licks, and utilise some of the exercise techniques in a melodic context so you can begin to implement the ideas into your own solos.
Last up comes the full solos! Al finished off each tier with a full solo designed to bring everything together and throw some extra challenges at you too! These ‘real world’ examples will require you to learn and utilise everything Al has taught you in each volume before moving onto the next! He has purposely kept the framework of the solos the same but dialled things back for the beginner solo, and sprinkled some spiciness into the advanced one to keep the super shredders on their toes too! Of course, everything in the full solos are tabbed out and Al has even included a breakdown solo lesson to cover the ins and outs of it all with you too!
With over 55mins of video lessons with Al, and a massive 5.3GB of material we’ve got everything you need!
