　　在《暗影之王2》中，玩家到时会操控前作主角“加百列”，现在就是血族魔王“德古拉”本尊，他那不朽的血咒，其能力正在逐渐的弱化，面对新来的一股威胁的力量，这位吸血鬼的魔尊必须寻回他失落的原有能力，而这关键都潜藏在他的城堡内。另外，本作将支援第二位贝尔蒙特家族的角色，暂不清楚，是敌是友，合作模式同样如此。《恶魔城：暗影之王2》是这部系列的终结篇。
